The design-build of Sugar Pointe Landing Townhomes was completed in January 2024. Located at the intersection of Emerite and Congress Street in Lafayette, this development features six uniquely designed two-story townhomes. Each townhome spans 1,522 square feet, thoughtfully arranged with two bedrooms and two and a half baths. Practicality is a priority, with each unit boasting a carport and a rear patio. The interior design features multiple color palettes throughout. Kitchens are equipped with 3cm granite countertops, offering both elegance and durability. The exterior design of each townhome is distinct, featuring a variety of façades such as fiber cement lap siding, brick, painted brick, and vertical fiber cement lap siding. This mix of materials and styles not only gives each unit its own character but also enhances the development’s overall curb appeal.
