Manuel Builders Office
210 Rue Iberville, Lafayette, LA
For this project, we created a living showroom floor for our sister company, Manuel Builders. While it may look like a beautiful home, it is a fully functional, state-of-the-art office for our residential design-build business. Clients can walk in and see working models of rooms, kitchens, patios, and more. Iberville Grove will eventually grow into a larger complex of buildings. For now, it’s a 10,230 square foot main office, opened in October of 2020.
