Michael O'Niell

Michael brings over 20 years of commercial project management and estimating experience to the team. He is a graduate of LSU with a degree in Construction Management and Business Management. Michael is directly responsible for ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. He works closely with accounting to ensure that project costs are accurate. Michael supports our project superintendents by providing them with all necessary resources to manage their job sites successfully. He works closely with the client, design team, and construction team throughout the entire project to ensure a highly collaborative relationship that results in high-quality project completions. He has a spreadsheet for everything, and he’s not afraid to use it.
