This project involved the remodeling of a former Chase Bank building, repurposed into a Medical Marijuana Dispensary. The scope of work included a comprehensive interior renovation of the existing commercial structure, along with a small addition. The building featured existing wood frame walls with brick veneer, steel columns and beams, pre-engineered gang-nailed wood trusses, and a multi-ply build-up roof system. The result is a transformed space that now serves a new and relevant function within the community.
