With 27 years of experience in the construction industry, Nick Guillory has built his career from the ground up — literally. He began his journey on a punch crew and worked his way through the ranks by developing a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to quality craftsmanship. Throughout his career, Nick has worked on a wide variety of commercial projects including student housing, special interest housing, mid-rise high-end condominiums with retail shopping spaces, independent and assisted living communities, memory care facilities, and campus police departments. 

Nick chose to work for Manuel Commercial because of the company’s strong reputation, positive culture, and family-oriented vision. Staying local allows him to continue doing what he loves professionally while also spending valuable time with his family — something that is extremely important to him.

Outside of work, Nick enjoys ATV riding, customizing vehicles, and spending quality time with his granddaughter, family, and friends. His passion for hard work, loyalty, and family values is reflected both in his personal life and throughout his career in construction leadership.
