With a career spanning back to 1986, Paul Patout brings a wealth of experience to the Manuel Commercial team. His journey in the construction industry has been diverse, encompassing roles as a site foreman, construction company owner, senior maintenance supervisor, and superintendent for both commercial and residential construction projects.

Paul’s extensive background and expertise make him a valuable addition to our team. His commitment to excellence and his ability to oversee projects with precision are assets that will benefit our clients and projects immensely.

Outside of work, Paul enjoys cooking and golfing. Sometimes, he even likes to cook for the work crew.
