Kasai Steakhouse and Sushi Bar Shell

The design-build of the Kasai Steakhouse and Sushi Bar, encompassing a 7,196 sqft building shell and 1.28 acres of site work, is complete. Located in a prime area, this project highlights our proficiency in both design and construction in the commercial sector.

The design of the building shell, executed by our team, features a distinct black-and-white facade. Key elements include Mac metal block horizontal panels behind the building signage, contributing to the aesthetics.

A noteworthy design feature is the wood-framed metal wrap canopy at the entrance, crafted to provide a welcoming approach to the establishment. This functional yet stylish element aligns with the overall architectural vision for the building.

The project’s scope also extended to site work, preparing the grounds to complement the newly constructed shell. It is important to note that other entities undertook the interior buildout of Kasai Steakhouse and Sushi Bar.
